Changing your ink cartridge
The ballpoint pen is assembled in such a way that the upper part can be removed in order to change the cartridges. It is very simple and quick to change a cartridge, just follow these steps: Remove the upper part (where the clip is) by pulling gently.
Unscrew then remove the black end by about two centimeters.
Insert the new cartridge in place of the old one and screw it in.
Gently fit the upper part until the wood fits the central ring. There you have it, your cartridge is changed, your pen is now ready!

About my order
Since all pens are handmade and each pen takes at least an hour to make, lead times are approximately two weeks from the date of order.

Other questions
On rollerballs and ballpoint pens, there is often a small wax protection located on the tip of the lead that prevents the ink from drying out. If this is not removed, it will block the flow of ink and therefore will not allow you to write. If there is no protection and the pen does not write, you should make it "run" while scribbling because the ink may have dried.
